The Flamingo Seafood Restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel host at Azul del Mar. A wise recommendation. The food was excellent. We were made extremely welcome by Francoise and her staff. We assume that her husband Pierre was busy in the kitchen and responsible for the wonderful food we were served during two evening visits to their restaurant.

We went for the recommended dishes on both occasions and we were not disappointed. Desserts were first class too - all homemade and delicious. Other customers seemed similarly impressed given the comments we overheard. If we lived in Key Largo we'd be regulars at the Flamingo.
